The following tips can help you keep the temperature influence at a minimum, stabilise your measurement system effectively and avoid manual measurement errors:
Minimising temperature influence
Use a sensor with temperature compensation
Allow the measurement system to adjust to the ambient temperature for about 30 minutes
Take note of the operating temperature range of the sensor
Increasing long-term stability
Keep the measurement system clean and free of dust
Adjust the zero-point regularly
Calibrate annually
Proper measuring
Connect the pressure hoses correctly
Measurements should only be taken under the specified ambient conditions
The system pressure to be measured must not exceed the upper/lower limits of the sensor measurement range
